No. If our technician is unable to install and test the service to your satisfaction there will be no cost to you, and any deposit made will be refunded.
We recommend purchasing the 3 year protection plan for your unit, with which we would replace your unit at no cost to you, no questions asked. If the protection plan is not in place, you will be required to purchase a replacement unit.
